Melissa Pearson Goodwin

Melissa lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Richard, and their dog, Banner. She works with organizations and startups that have outgrown their systems, bringing more than 26 years of experience across operations, leadership, and organizational support in complex, fast-moving environments. Her work centers on helping leaders move from reactive to intentional by building structure that supports people, decisions, and sustainable growth. Melissa is also a speaker and author. She has written three books, including two focused on leadership and one children’s book, and speaks to organizations and leadership teams about presence, clarity, and leading without waiting for permission. She is currently attending Plymouth State University, where she is pursuing her Doctorate in Learning, Leadership, and Community (Ed.D.). Her academic studies strengthen her practice, blending lived experience with thoughtful, people-centered leadership principles. Known for her direct and grounded style, Melissa helps teams clarify roles, reduce friction, and build systems that are actually used.

Julia Wagner

Julia lives in New Hampshire with her fiancé, Anthony, their kids, a dog named Annie, and a cat named Finnick, who absolutely runs the house. An active volunteer in her community, Julia is deeply invested in work that brings people together and makes a meaningful difference. She serves as the Christian Education Director at South Congregational Church in Concord, where she supports faith formation across ages and helps lead high school students on annual community service trips to locations around the United States, encouraging them to learn through service, reflection, and relationship-building. Julia earned her bachelor’s degree from Southern New Hampshire University in Retailing and Business Management, backed by real-world experience across both large and small businesses. She has experience running her own business and brings a practical, people-first approach to everything she does. In addition to her work in business and ministry, Julia is also a ballroom dance instructor, blending discipline, creativity, and confidence in and out of the studio. She’s known for balancing professionalism with personality and showing up fully in every role she takes on.

Britney Goodwin

Britney lives in New Hampshire with her husband, Michael. She is Melissa's daughter-in-law. She brings a broad range of experience supporting people, systems, and day-to-day operations across fast-moving environments. Originally from Iowa, she holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences degree from Western Iowa Tech. Her background includes extensive experience in customer service, administrative support, and operational coordination across a variety of settings. This breadth has shaped a steady, adaptable approach and a strong ability to support teams as organizations grow and change. Her work requires attention to detail, clear communication, and consistent follow-through. She is known for her reliability, organization, and people-first mindset. Outside of work, Britney enjoys voice acting, creative projects, and spending time with family.
